Business hours are between 9 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Help Desk staff answer the phone directly. For requests requiring additional technical support, the Help Desk staff escalate the request to subject area experts for resolution. When all phone lines are busy, and on weekends and holiday, a voice mailbox is available to record messages. The voice mailbox is monitored on an hourly basis during business hours. Initial responses to messages are made within 2 hours of being received. If after hours, initial responses to these requests are made the next business day.

Patient Registrars : CTSU Patient Registrar Hours of Operation will be 9 AM – 5:30 PM, Eastern Time, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Registrations received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Continue to fax patient registrations to 1-888-691-8039. For time of need CTSU patient enrollments, call 301-704-2376, 9AM – 5:30 PM.
